We are following the government’s recommendations, so we can serve a safe and secure breakfast.
That’s why we need your help!
Upon arrival we ask you to make a table reservation.This way we can minimize lines and wait times at the buffet, as well as lowering the risk of then infection spreading.
We will still strive to give you a healthy, versatile and welcoming breakfast buffet. A breakfast were we will portion many of our goodies, and pack your bread in sealed bags – because it’s an easy, fast and easily accessible breakfast, but also because it will lower the infection risk.
We hope you will enjoy our new safe and secure breakfast.
Opening hours
Monday – Saturday 6 am to midnight
Sunday 6 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 10 pm.
From 20. December 2019 to 6. January 2020 the reception is unmanned.

Parking:
You can drive directly to the front door. But parking is not alowed in front of the hotel. There are free parking by the Musikteatret & Scala. With GPS the address is Ved Hallen 2, 7500 Holstebro
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for individual guests
Cancellations are available free of charge up to 12am on the day of arrival for individual guests, after this the hotel is entitled to compensation equivalent to the cost of 1 night’s accommodation. Unless it can be rented out to other.
Cancellation of package accommodation (e.g. Gourmetstay)
Cancellation are free of charge if the hotel has received the cancellation latest at 4 pm, 3 days before arrival, after this the hotel is entitled to compensation equivalent to the cost of 1 night’s accommodation. Unless it can be rented out to other.
Cancellation for groups. (A group is a reservation larger than 5 rooms)
Cancellation are free of charge if the hotel has received the cancellation latest at 4 pm on the day of the final due date in accordance with the rules thereof.
Up to and including 30 days before arrival is it possible to cancel the reservation for a group free of charge. Hereafter a maximum of 50% of the final booked hotel arrangement may be canceled according to the following rules:
After 30 days and up to 20 days before arrival the agency can cancel up to 50% of the final booked hotel arrangement free of charge.
After 20 days and up to 10 days before arrival the agency can cancel up to 25% of the final booked hotel arrangement free of charge.
After 10 days and up to 50 days before arrival the agency can cancel up to 10% of the final booked hotel arrangement free of charge.
After 5 days and up to 3 days before arrival the agency can cancel up to 5% of the final booked hotel arrangement free of charge.
By later cancellation, no-show, delayed arrival or early departue the hotel is entitled to compensation equivalent to the full cost of the final booked hotel arrangement. Unless it can be rented out to other.
Transport to and from the Airport (Billund or Karup)

The chauffeur will pick you up at the arrival hal in the airport. Under the transport you can have water and some sweets.
